Cancellation Policy

Any amendments or cancellations to bookings must be made 7 days in advance. Access to electric and water must be provided by the client where necessary. Food must be supplied by the client. Decorations must be supplied by the client unless included in the party. Event Box will remove all rubbish associated with Event Box activities but will not remove food waste, decorations or any other rubbish. Event Box does not provide a cleaning service at the end of the party and the client is responsible for removing small rubbish items, sweeping, mopping and so on. Event Box will remove all items promptly at the end of the party booking and will leave at the designated. Event Box is not reponsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during parties and the client is responsible for the welfare of all guests.
